Hello there, i have been doing digital photography for 2 years. I was told that using film can/might improve your photography skill. Have been thinking about getting a nikon fm2. Can someone give me thread link on what film and how does rf works? Would love to hear from people who use them. And i really want to learn taking in film! the colours are just stunning

Before you buy, perhaps you want to ask yourself HOW using film can help you improve your photography skill. I have used film, processed them and print in a wet darkroom. But the greatest thing that ever happen to photography is the emergence of digital photography and digital processing.

Processing film and wet darkroom work is a real pain. Digital printing is the key to creative freedom. You can instant feedback and you can correct your mistake immediately.

Forget about film. Move forward. Just a word of caution on digital photography...don't get caught up with the equipment and forget about what photography is all about...and have fun
