Hi there everyone! This is awkwardly my first post in this forum :embrass: Anyway I have no experience on using this lights however, I did experience it being used on me. LoL!
Last year I attended a preview of Jack Neo's "Money No Enough2" (btw I'm a Malay - The film was in Mandarin - Subtitled of course! hehehe!) and there was a cameraman that covered the event and interviewed the guests. If I remembered correctly he was using a DVX with this 'iLED 100 Kit'. From afar I could see that the portable led light gave enough illumination on the subjects that he was pointing to (the cinema was quite dim even with the houselights on) the flood was pretty decent and I assume it would give a good and even exposure.
Later on after the film ended, I was also interviewed. Though the led unit (mounted on the hot shoe - seemed sturdy - no shakes or wobble although can look a bit cumbersome on a DVX) was quite near me, I wasn't bothered by the brightness of the LED s (harshness normally associated with led or maybe it was dimmed) Which would be good for taking close-ups?
Any idea where to get the kit? And How much?
