Thanks Rodney.

Are these sold at Ikea Singapore especially the number 3, SNUDDA ?

Thanks

Some really cool DIY ideas. Esp liked #6 for location shooting with laptop.
If you want light modifiers, need to check out the Foto series hanging lamps. They used to come in various sizes (not sure now), and have a nice focused quality to the light. But you will need to have a "bare bulb" light to fill that reflector effectively.

Thanks bro.

Went to IKEA and bought it.

Would be better if they have a smaller one ...

no prob. i got one from daiso some time ago, all black, its about 20cm diameter and made of plastic. a bit finicky to turn but serves its purpose. not sure if they still carry it now as products get phased out after a while.

Would be good if still have.

This SNUDDA from Ikea is abit big to travel with and oso abit too cumbersome and big to be bringing to restaurants ... :bsmilie:

I think I know what you're talking about, I got one to use as TV swivel

I used to have a lazy susan from Sia Huat (Temple Street). Made of iron and strong enough to rotate a person on.
It was covered in chroma green rubber. Great for SFX shots. Never figured out what it was doing in a utensil shop!

actually what's needed is the lazy susan bearing itself. with it, you can use whatever size of turntable top and material that is required.

anyone knows where we can get this item locally?
