We have very humble SOHO studio available for rental at sembawang area , near to old sembawang shopping center , about 10 minutes walk fr sembawang station.
Rates on weekdays from 9am onwards - $25 per hour, min 2 hours.
Rates on weekend and PH - $35 per hour, subject to availability.
