How to remove or amend the iTrader feedback?

I accidentally gave a feedback to the wrong seller, so now this guy I didn't buy from got a feedback. How can I remove it? Can moderator help?

His nick is vpcola. I am supposed to leave feedback for zuiko but I gave vpcola instead.

I mistakened their identity because both PMs me to offer the same item, but I bought from zuiko.

Hi Edmund, another qn, some users here wanted to give me rating but was given some error msgs like user does not have the access rights or privilege for this. Can advise how to go about this?

Maybe you want to check this out.

Note: To reduce misuse or abuse, the rating system is currently restricted/limited.
1) Only members who have registered more than 30 days AND have more than 50 posts will be able to leave a feedback/rating for another member.
2) If you have left a feedback/rating for a member, you have to wait for 7 days before you can leave another new feedback/rating - this is to prevent spamming/abuse or misuse to boost another members ratings by collusion.
