you can't insert photo direct from you PC, this forum don't allow attachment, the images need to be hosted online.

I use imgur.com

Pretty easy..upload to the site..once done, copy n paste to here. (Choose to forums)

Done.

Put in dropbox public folder, and embed public link here. Easiest way.

Or Flickr. Imgur is the easiest of course
