But got an issue here , always during post production aka editing, when i am trying to link clip by clip together.

It always sound funny , because the vocal doesn't sound correct.. one time you have a background sound and then another background sound on the next film..

So what i am trying to say , how to better 'continue' the sound from clip to clip...

Thanks!

Record ambience sound and put it on the final timeline of editing.

Well seems like you need to use an audio transition between clips. If specific segments of speech is important, just adjust the levels manually.

Simple technique I use with Panasonic HPX; Shoot DVCPro so you get 4 channels, Mono Shotgun to Channel 1, Stereo Onboard Mic to Channels 2 & 3... mix in post. Honestly for weddings just the mono channel 1 will do in my application.

1. Turn off any music playing in the background when filming. Disjointed tunes/songs are more obvious then disjointed ambient natural sounds.
2. Use L and J cuts rather than a staccato butt cut. This makes audio changes to be less jarring.
3. Use audio fades between audio clips when editing.
4. Lay an ambient track.
5. Use bias sound soap 2 to clean up background noise if it's too loud.

if all else fails... ADR.. hahaa.
