how to insert photo in b&s

Hi bro and sis in cs.
I would like to insert photo to be shown in the b&s.
Can anyone teach me how to insert ?

1) Find a web host (e.g. Flickr, Photobucket), and create account if you don't have one.

2) Upload said photo to the web host.

3) Find out how to link just IMAGE ALONE (i.e. http://www.yourwebhost.com/username/xxx.jpg)

4) Use

to link your image.
