How to get pic to zoom in/ out on Sony Vegas Pro9 like iMovie?

Hi,

I been trying to zoom in/out on a picture when i am putting the video together. This effect is much like that of iMovie slide show. Can someone enlighten me please?

You can use either Pan/Crop or Track Motion to zoom on a picture. Track Motion is easier to use but not so flexible when you want to transition between 2 pics on the same track.

Bascially you apply the Pan/Crop or Track Motion, and then keyframe the picture size and position to get the zoom movement you want.

There's loads of Vegas tutorials available on the web if you do a search. Here's one on Track Motion. Don't know how good it is but you can always search for others if you don't get much benefit from this one.
