How to Edit Underarms/Armpit?

Can someone give a walkthrough on how to edit underarms? Even if the model's underarm looks good on the studio, if you zoom it at 100% AT 25MP you will still notice the black spots.

I tried searching google and youtube but i can't seem to any walkthrough.

I find it easier to edit the face than the underarms.

I tried dodge, clone and healing brush, but i always overdo it until it becomes very obvious.

try to smoothen the armpit. i use gaussian blur but i don't overdo it, say 3 pixels.

Make sure you zoom in all the way and use the smallest spot heal possible if you want to go large on the print
