M Montmelo Member Mar 31, 2007 #3 I don't think its done by photoshop but rather a mosaic application. Do a search in google on "photo mosaic" and you'll see some that are available. You load your library of images & the software will superimpose it on your target photo to create the mosaic picture. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Photomosaic
