6) Wait for them to bring it out
7) Flash your VISA card like a boss
8) Watch them tell you that you have to pay 1 or 2 or 3% more and keep it in your wallet like a boss

Information is widely available on the web for this sort of thing, perhaps you can consider looking for it beforehand before resorting to using Clubsnap as your automatic Googlebot. :bsmilie:
