How to add video or image into existing video

Hi guys, may I know how do I add a video or image into another video? eg. a bear is running and i insert a video of a plane flying on top of it. The software I can use are Adobe Premiere/ Ulead and Window Movie Maker Thanks for any help given!

Hmm u could try overlaying. u may need after effects to achieve the effect though.

If the plane has a blue sky background you might be able to use chromakey to remove the sky and superimpose the plane on the bear. But I can't imagine any scenario where this will look good, so may I ask why you want to do this?
