yup. would like to know wads the market rate for a video slideshow for 30-50 photographs. Nuthing fancy, just simple slide transition.

my friend told me to give him a quote, so i'm not sure how much to charge...

any guidance?

what software will u be using? is it on a mac or a pc?
manual transitions or drag n drop templates?

This can cost around $80-$180. Depending how well you deliver the end product. Meaning dvd presentation cover, dvd menu, songs for event presentations. But if your client/friend wants just a simple .mov, .avi, .mpg4 file with a song and burning it onto cd-r, that one is just around $40-$80 will do. But if your friend.. is a close buddy or best friend.. mite as well do it for him/her for free.. Never charge your buddies. Thats my take. Hakz!

actually to do a very simple photo montage. the easiest tool to use is called Proshow. search for google. I think a lot of ppl use this software to produce photo montage for their customers.
