How Many D700 Users in CS?

i'm planning to get a D700..still new to photography..currently using Oly E-410..with a few MF nikon lenses with me..but i wanna experience a full frame cam..anybody here willing to spend some time with me to let me try the cam out?and are my MF lenses suitable with this cam?
also..i just came home from jusco at JB..one of the shops there selling D700 at RM8700 with bag n 4gb card..is it considered cheap?

how much in S$ ? i think getting from reputable shop in spore might be better if savings not much... moreover, got 1 year warranty and suppport our own camera shops :bsmilie:
hmm the exchange rate ytd was 2.56..so it shuold be about S$3399??
where got 2.56??? you buying ringgit or selling ringgit?
From x-rates.com the rates is 2.36... not worth it lah

lol..i went in ytd changed 100 for shopping n food..they gave me 256 or 7..cant remember..haha..okok i get it from s'pore then..haha..

anywhere tt sells it at a reasonable price? agar agar how much ar? and u guys mind letting me try the cam? we can sit down for lunch or something and u guys can tell me bout the cam?

3300? at John? Maybe not really sure. Lords and T.K are cheaper 3k+ also still.

the cam is similiar to D300 , or D200 , or even D80 lor ..
What u wan to try?
Picture quality ar?
difficult to see from the tiny screen lor.
Actually to me DSLR all the same one lar ... no need to go for D700 one ... unless you have specific needs lor ...
what are your needs? nice sharp pictures? nice colors? or what ?
Entry level all can do that what.... if u know how to use it well ...no need D700 de.
I can shoot well with a D40X as well.

oh .. i see ... I have a trainer one time ...he's a hardcore olympus user and swears by it ... and I sense he doesn't like me ... don't know why ... hehe
You can actually drop by the Fuji Xerox building where the Nikon Showroom is. The fellow Marcus there is very friendly and knowleagble as well. You can go down there to play. i think Wednesday they open until 7pm or 8 pm ...can't remember ...
