Nice video, looks like a very labouring affair I would have thought it to be more automated, maybe for modern film.

No idea how it looks now, but I have been at the Kodak plant 14 years ago , when I worked for Xerox in Rochester/US , and it already looked very much different. Fully computer controlled manufacturing with every possible gadget to ensure and control production, you where able to find at this time .
