High quality prints

Hi I am looking for places that do high quality photo prints of 12x18 and 16x24 for friends and family.
Dont mind paying more.
I have tried some of the fuji digital labs around Singapore but thus far not quite satisfied with the quality of the prints.
Anyone have any other recommendations?
