hi need advice here

my friend recently approached me to do a jewelry shoot for one of her projects (she's a jewelry design student). im thinking of using a light tent and a couple of strobes to do it. question is will the strobes be sufficient? what else do i need to take note of? thanks.

reflection . 3 strobes 400w is more than enough. light tent is good.

but using strobes could be a little tricky in lighting. What about using continuous lighting? in fact a few 100w lights should be enough.

hmm one of the reason using strobes is to bring out the sparkler or some call "fire" in the jewelry. hmm 400w? i was thinking 500w on each side and then a weaker strobe in the front...will there be a big difference?
