help!!

i'm editing a movie i filmed as a present to my mum.. there are so many editing softwares.. i wanted to know which is the most recommended, someone told me i should use premiere but i can't find it.. please send me a link to any software you think is best..

there are many editing softwares and premiere is one of them.

the 2 major editing programs in the market are adobe premiere and final cut pro. but these are too expensive for usual consumers to afford.

if you are looking for cheaper alternatives, i reccomend u do a google or check out

or borrow a mac and use imovie. the learning curve is not steep at all.

for me i use both premiere and fcp for my works. usually a video editing software is insufficent for actual productions. we usually have a suite of software to help us. but if u are just doing a short clip for ur mom it should be alright.

I recommend Vegas Movie Studio Platinum Edition. It is recommended because I find it easy to use and have the Interactive "Show Me" tutorials.
