Help !! with Importing Video to AE and PP.

As you can see, My original Video (Bottom right in the external media player) Has more sharpness and colour to it.
After importing the exact file into AE, There's a drastic loss in sharpness and colour.

Original file Shot on a 500D at 1920:1088 saved in quicktime .MOV format.

Can anyone tell me what went wrong ? Or Advice please ?

Hi,

I am no expert. Still learning.

It could be that your playback in the AE and PP is at 1/4. You can change your playback settings to full.
