Help : remove purple fringing in photoshop

hi :

i need some expert advice here.
i need to remove some purple fringing from my photo using photoshop.
becox the purple fringing is same color as backgroud, when i adjust the saturation value,
the backgroud color also affected. ? is there any better way to remove the fringing in my pic? cheers

pic 1 , as you can see, i circled the purple fringing areas and wanted to adjust the saturation.

pic 2, when i adjusted the values, the background color also lighten becox they were all BLUE same color.

Filter > Distort > Lens correction... :dunno:

you can manually remove any tough spots... create a new layer, with blend mode set at "color"... select colour for correction (the colour of the part if CA were not to be present) and brush the CA away on this layer...
