HELP my dvd cannot be read

hi all need some advise on dvd that cannot be played

the story is that i recently got an endoscopy, wherein they take a small camera and they feed it down your throat to take a video of your stomach. after the procedure i requested for a copy of the video, because i was asleep during the whole thing.

the problem is i cant play the dvd. i tried it on almost every player i can find, and yes even pc and laptops. no luck, thinking that it was a bad copy, i returned to the hospital and to my surprise it was playing on their player....

now can anyone help me, how i can play the dvd.

notes.
- hospital dvd player/burner brand was hitachi/toshiba either'or - old model from the looks of it
- cant get the type of file used for burning, because the medtech didnt really know anything about the player/burner
- pc and laptop cannot open/explore the dvd

Go back to the hospital, ask them to put it in their DVD Recorder, then go to the menu and hit the finalize button. :thumbsup:
