Hi,

Anyone know where I can get a HDMI cable connecting a sony/canon HD camcorder to the TV? Understand they are using those miniconnector(type C)?

Eg. SonyVMC-15MHD, anyone know how much this cost?

Actually the vary from camcorder to camcorder. The HV30 from Canon uses a different HDMI cable from the HG10. My advise is to check your camcorder and see which port are you using. The other end to the television shld be the same

The sony HD camcorder uses the mini-HDMI(Type C) and the output to the TV is a standard kind i.e. Type A....sony do sell their own 1.5 for ard $65 I think...looking ard if there is any other similar HDMI cable I can get for cheaper price but not substandard quality.
