handgrip for 7d

Hi guys,

Anyone using a handgrip? I need recommendations for a comfortable handgrip for my 7d. I read the Matin ones are available at perly but it's leather and I think it's gonna be pretty warm to be used after sometime. Pls advise. thx!

are these things really useful? your right hand's going to tire after some time, esp if you have a VG like me loaded with 2 batts and a 500g lens. i've friends who use these grips but a) quite troublesome to remove versus letting go
b) the neck strap needs to be re-positioned (dunno if this is true for all handgrips) so its unbalanced.

warm, ah... yes i'm sure esp in our climate but leather is better than pvc anytime.
