guest can post on B/S section?

I just saw one of those regular scams posted:

notice the user is not registered but a guest.

It was a invalid link, message "Invalid Forum specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator"

I do not think a guest can post CS, unless that guess register as member, after posting delete the member from CS. :thumbsd:
