Steadicam is a piece of equipment that you need to train on, and it's not a matter of just renting, fixing and off you go getting fluid shots.

As operators, we had to train for months on our own time to master basic running & staircase climbing shots.
And to be frank, no Steadicam operators are quite willing to rent out their gears because these are precision support gears that require proper care & operator experience.

Hope you can find one unit available for rent.
