Good experience at MS-Color.

MS-Color is probably the only camera store I've seen which keeps track of customer requests consistently. I'd asked for the pricing on a lens quite a while back. They contacted me yesterday, after many months, since they had new stock, and followed up to my questions.

Florence Goh, the director herself was on email and attends to customers personally. I went down there today to get a Fuji F30, and she did a demo for me and allowed me to print out a photo on their new Sony dye-sub printer. My daughter was offered some snacks, and she was mighty thrilled.

I wandered around the park near the AMK MRT station shooting some pics of my daughter and the place, and got home a while back. When I opened my email, there was a note from MS-Color thanking me for the support.

Now this is customer service. I haven't come across any other camera shop with service as good as this. I got my G6 from there last year (same great service), and that's the place I'm going for anything I buy in future.

Check them out, they are definitely more friendly and helpful than the usual stores around Peninsula (that is if you don't know Mr. Leong of Ruby or Don/Daniel/Nelson Tan from TCW personally - they're good folks too if and when you get their attention!)

Now this is customer service. I haven't come across any other camera shop with service as good as this. I got my G6 from there last year (same great service), and that's the place I'm going for anything I buy in future.

this is the only shop that i am comfortable to ask about price, ask to see the real thing. then say will think about it and come back if i want and he ( my case, jackson) will gladly say its ok. need then come back again.

Good service is my priority when hunting for goods. Price is secondary but must not differ by a great margin...

I second that ... got my Canon S2 and some of the other stuffs from them.

The manager, an older gentleman ... can't remember his name is also :thumbsup:

Similiar to many of you, I too have many positive experiences at MS Colours. Florence has that added touch that makes you wanna come back simply bcos it felt sincere too. Excellent!

agree ! the customer service is very good, sometimes they are so busy and tired but can see they still put in their best to serve the customer. They are not proud and very attentive to customers.

sometimes i would rather take a long MRT ride to AMK just buy things from them.

I like shops that are patient. Even if you ask but dont buy wont give black face.

Try asking the ah-beng shops in Sim Lim and if you dont buy, he like wanna beat you up!hehe

Some of us are more conservatively in our purchase where we need time to consider. Thats means going down to touch touch a few times before finally putting the money down. Good retailers let you touch and test, knowing that you sure cannot tahan and will buy eventually one. haha

I hv heard friend bought camera lens from MS but have not tried any purchase myself, will definitely drop by the shop soon as i need to get wide angle lens.

I believe more shops should emulate such good services, thumbs up for MS, costs is only but one consideration, personalised attention provides added value and builts on lasting relationship. Dont you agree?

MS color provide great service,
but they can't probably keep at the items in stocks,
best is you know what you want and order the item, they will call you when the item is in stock.

i only went there once but i will definitely patronize them more often. although i bought a swiss blower and a cpl only, they gave very good prices and did not charge for visa! i was shocked when i saw the final bill... lol...:bsmilie:
