We stopped by Cat Ba on our way back from Halong Bay. Some of the others who had more time stayed on for a nite on 2 there. Think they went hiking. It's also a fishing island if I'm not mistaken.

Man, help yourself, do some research. Pick up a copy of the Lonely Planet - Vietnam.

Do go to Hoi An in central Vietnam if u are passing by. There will be a lot of photo opportunity as much of old vietnam is still untounched.
