"Get New" Feature's Having Some Mood Swing!

Most of the time it doesn't work. Sometimes, it does.

Sorry! The administrator has specified that you can only do one search every 3 seconds

I get the above eventhough I haven't clicked the Get New button for quite some time.

First time I came in into this forum, I also got this.

Just some feedback.

I think this Get New and View New Posts features are really quite erratic. I'm getting the message at home and in the office eventhough I haven't clicked the buttons/images for ages.

Thinking that the mouse-clicks might be erratic, I pasted the URL for Get New instead, and yet, I still got the same message quite frequently.
