From the mod's comment, it seems like it was deleted by the threadstarter himself.
Assuming this is correct, and if you feel there are worthy material in that thread, you can pm the mods to restore it, as per their interim decision in http://www.clubsnap.com/forums/showthread.php?t=541199.

understooded!!
no idea who started the thread but in most other forums i visited, the stickys are usually mod endorsed or mod started for obvious reasons.
Juz thought it was strange to disappear while still active.
not gonna lose sleep over it. Just Gotta get used to the culture here!
