Are there any freeware to edit the contrast and/or brightness of vids?
Windows OS is ideal, linux oso can.

Windows MovieMaker will let you adjust the brightness of a clip. Not sure about contrast though.

Which version of gimp will open video files? I just tried it with mov, wmv, flv, mpg, no success at all.
