Freelance / Student Videographer needed for Solemnization Ceremony

I am looking for a freelance or student Videographer for a Solemnization Ceremony Event on the following date:

Date: 11th October 2015 (Sunday)
Time: 1pm - 4pm
Rate: SGD 25 per hour or more (negotiable depending on your portfolio)
Venue: Fullerton Bay Hotel Floating Pod

Not trying to splash you cold water, but 'freelance/student photographer' doesn't justify a low rate, or rather not as low as $25/hour to begin with, especially one with portfolio. $25 dollars per hour for jus on site 3-4 hours, how about the hours for editing?

No worries, to clarify in detail:

Looking for only the on site shots of ceremony in particular.
Estimate: an hour
Rate: Really depends on your portfolio, so just offer your comfortable quotes even for an hour, i don't mind paying for good price for good product
