FREE...Intro to Photoshop 7. Anyone?

I mean, can someone please organise this?

I badly need some proper training on PS. I think a good 2 hour session on the basic tools in photoshop will do a lot of good for me. Agree?

So those of you who are really good in Photoshop (come on don't hide) can you be so kind as to do the rest of us (PS goondus) a very worthwhile favour. Teach us! Of couse you don't have to be an Adobe Certified Trainer or someone like that, as long as you think you are as good as someone like that.
