Free Gift pack (Reader & Soft Case) For F100fd & F50fd?

Anybody just bought the F100fd or F50fd, can tell how the soft case &
the reader look like?

So far, what I read is about $330 for 50fd and $480/$470 for 100fd.

Functionality wise, I'm inclined towards f50fd because of A/S mode, but 100fd seems to be the newer model.

AP SLS quoted $470 cash or nets for the F100fd but with the lanyard & the case if different.
Like some cheapo type of case.. those $8 hp case selling in pasar malam is better..

Did AP provide an additional battery as well?

So far, MSColor seems to sell it at $480 with an additional battery - so I'm wondering whether is that in the standard package.

I gotten quote from MS at $480 but no battery and AMK far from my side.
AP SLS with 3rd party batt $485 nett.
AP SLS nearer & will go there for comp stuffs.
AP SLS also give option of taking 2 X 2GB or 1 X 4GB SD.
