Forum jump pull down menu

I noticed the forum jump pull down menu feature which I think it is a good idea.
Would it be better if it is placed on top of the page instead of bottom of the page?

If you're talking about the "Forum Jump" menu, I think the placement is predetermined in the Vbulletin software already. Not entirely sure
