There is always this email option.

i use IE 5 on Win 98.
ISP is Starhub or Starnet.
Dial in modem.

I cannot remember the time.

Problems that I have encountered are
a. although I key in my nick and password, the see the welcome screen. then straight away i would see the login screen saying that i nm either not a registered user or have yet to log in. the cycle repeats.

b. i try to post, access the portraits and poses page or access user cp, although i am already log in. the login screen would appear and a above would occur.

this happens daily and at times it is quite frustrating.

Hi, been facing this problem ever since i've join CS.

Using IE 6
Windows 2000
On Cable

Whenever i login and try to post a message, i will get a 404 page not found error.
Restart browser, try to post or reply to a message, get prompted to login, faced 404 error again and again and again.

The problem is usually solved if i log in via the log in box in the main page, www.clubsnap.com.

However, if i stopped posting or replying to any threads after about 3 - 4 mins, i will get the above error again.

I faced the same problem at my office as well.

Using IE6
Windows XP
ADSL

On my gf's laptop, there's no such problem.
She's using Windows ME, IE6, and on dial up.

Does this problem happens to broadband users only?

1) browser name
Opera

2) browser version
7.10

3) OS
WinXP pro

4) ISP name
GWNNet/StarHub Cable

5) connection type
SDSL/Cable

6) Time of error
Several Times ... first login will show first line of HTML codes (incomplete transfer) occasionally. Will have to do a reload to force retransmission

We have reset some of the server settings, please let us know if there are any improvements.

problem is i cannot access user cp until i have logged in, and even after i have logged in and tried to access uswer cp, the form for assking me to log in would appear and the cycle of loggin in repeats. as of now, i think cannot access user cp to change the settings.

i also noticed that when i logged in in the forum page, after the welcome page, in the forum page, the login in and password
fields are still present.

not sure if you still need data since i have yet to change the settings, but here it is :

Date/Time of login/re-login issue : 23 Apr, 2315 hrs onwards and 24 Apr 1010 hrs
Browser Name - IE
Browser Version - 5
Operating System - Win 98
ISP Name - Starhub and Starnet
Type of connection - Cable

i also noticed something funny about the time. the display is supposed to be sg time, but sometimes it is sg and sometimes gmt.

cheers
