One question to ask you guys.

My file is saved as jpeg in 700 x 514, compressed to 3 on PS CS. Will my action caused the files to lose details like tones and sharpness.

When I compared the same images in 12 and 3, there are a large different in tones and sharpness.

yup. try and save as high quality as possible like 10 or 12 if u can afford the space. for web viewing, i feel this setting is enough.
