Sorry, what outcome is there to clarify? I thought the matter was pretty well closed and course of action explained.

to log a complain against one's employer because the admin doesn't see eye to eye with the action of certain poster seems childish to me.

To be frank, maybe I am too sensitive (aging?). I have a feeling of unsettleness. Reason is that the thread is closed immediately... after posting of a long last entry. Sadly, it gives none a chance for clearing the doubts within the some of us (or only me?).

You are right that the thread is well-closed. Perhaps only technically.

Of course, I am just a ordinary member and somemore a newie. I may not know the rules here well. But giving me a chance to learn will also reduces the chance of me having the same ending.

Whats the Final outcome you folks are waiting for? Case to me is simple, issue arised, there were doubts, accusations started flying around, people refused to calm down, arguement started, no resolution reached, I stepped in to close the thread.

So what are you guys expecting? More flamewars? Or heated arguement?

And whats considered a proper or improper closure? Stopping a flamewar is improper? Stopping a non ending issue is improper? Closing a thread that will lead to nowhere is improper?

I am not sure which point people are still unclear about. I have clearly stated my stand very clearly in my last reply.

If you have question about any guideline or policy, I am most glad to answer any question on those. You can always PM me on any question you have.

If you have any question abt the case, I believe I have explained it very clearly on my reply. I am not going to go back point by point into any arguement. Neither do I have the time to entertain such endless mindless issue when parties involved arent even interested in working things out with me.

Even though I am not paid to do such thing, I always try to do my best to help to settle issue arised in this forum. I usually do that by PMing the person in private, trying to call the person to talk over phone for better communication,etc.. But what can I do if the person tells me, theres nothing for us to talk, do whatever you want. What can I do if the person insists hes right and dont even bother to listen and accept views that arent in line with his beliefs? What can I do if the person is not even interested to talk at all?

When parties involved are too emotional and defensive, theres really nothing I can do to help. Then I have to exercise my option of closing the thread and getting everyone to move on w/o wasting more time on it.

The case is closed and I dont think I want to go back to the case again. And I see no point for anyone else to get involved and dwell on it too.

One last point that I feel some members here still didnt get it. I dont and never expect everyone to agree with ClubSNAP policies and rules. But in the very least, learn to respect them. What do I mean by respecting them? This is the ClubSNAP forum and these are our guidelines and policies we set for our members. No human is perfect but we definitely have come a long way with those policies and rules. If you feel theres anything that we can improve or change, please do it tactfully. Also if theres any issue that you have, SEEK for peaceful resolution than to try to argue your way thru on the forum. Doing your best to argue on forum will NEVER get your issue resolved. I have already explained them very clearly in my last reply to the case and I am not going to repeat them here again.
