Filming in Singapore's Forgotten Grasslands: Help needed (Locations)

Hi all! This is my first post on ClubSnap

I came across this short film, Halfway Home (vimeo. com/55748656) and I was really impressed by the setting. The grasslands look amazing and totally captures the mood of the video. And the coolest thing is that it's shot locally in Singapore!

I was thinking of filming an upcoming project using the same "forgotten grasslands" setting. Can anyone help me identify the location(s) the video was filmed at?
