Film/RF stuff in hong kong?

I am going to HK soon for a holiday. Just wondering are nagatives cheap there? Or any good photography related lobang there? I will be at lantau island area and tsim sha tui area.

Tin cheung camera for new stuff. Photo arsenal across from Kowloon shangrila for exotics and Kimberly road plaza next to the Mira for loads of pre loved Leica stuff. Warning: hong kong is not cheap though for vintage Leica ware

But things are not necessary cheaper than Singapore. Infact, more expensive. Leicas are definite premium items there... premium price too.

i roughly combed thru the CS thread and realised the new DSLRs are pretty cheap there.. but i am not planning to get one....

If leicas aren't cheap what about the film prices there? Can't seem to see anyone talking abt it.

You can find pretty uncommon film not really stocked in singapore like natura 1600, fuji super presto, delta 3200, Kodak 125px etc but sadly $$$. Around Kimberly plaza there are a couple of hole-in-the-wall shops that has stock. I'm not sure about photo scientific on Stanley street on hong kong island but last I went, they too had, some stock.

I was at HK this CNY... I have to say RF items in HK isn't any cheaper but I bought myself something from L&H Phollection. Friendly people there.

I got a brick of Neopan 1600 at Photo Scientific, Stanley Road. Got it for HKD50 per roll, not sure if it is expensive or cheap, but I can't get it here in Malaysia.....

Hi guys,

The Mrs. is going to Hongkong over the weekend and I was hoping she might be able to pop by a camera shop to take a look at the prices of some lenses I've been eyeing.

As her time (and interest) is limited, I kinda was hoping someone knows a good reputable shop which she can go to, give them the name of the lenses that I want and if the price is okay go ahead and buy them on my behalf.

I have a list of shops after searching through Clubsnap but I'm not sure if they are "RF" orientated. Oh and I'm looking for Zeiss lenses though. Not Leica...
