Film / Negative Scanner

Not sure if this is the right place to post. I am looking for a film scanner so that I can scan and archive my old film negatives. No preference on brand but scanner must be able to scan at high resolution. New or second hand is OK.

Anyone has any advice or recommendation for me? I have been going through the various posts but can't seem to find a thread on film scanner. Please help!
