Very good effort there. Pay close attention to the horizon always. Few shots slightly under thought but good try.

Hibiscus:

The national flower of Malaysia is the hibiscus, or bunga raya, also known as big red flower aka "大红花". The flower is found in abundance throughout the country, and for this very reason, was chosen to be the national flower (in 1960) by Malaysia's first Prime Minister, Tunku Abdul Rahman.
There are many varieties of the hibiscus, but the five-petaled Hibiscus rosa sinensis was chosen above the others, as the most symbolically relevant. The five petals of the bunga raya symbolise the Rukunegara (the Five Principles of Nationhood), while the colour red represents courage.
It is believed that the flower first arrived in Malaysia via trade from its original home in the Far East sometime before the 12th century.

KL Tower and Petronas Twins Tower: KL, this is the place that I visited frequently within a year. Always pass by the nice landscapes during my previous visit, only until recently when I got my DSLR, so I take this opportunity to shoot more photos during my year end holidays.

The last picture, the twin towers seemed a little over exposed..but I think the effect is interesting since they looked like a pair of high electrical rods sending some energy beam into the atmosphere.

Thanks for your comments Bro!. I got try on different setting and I do prefer this photo compared to the one on below. I think the light on the twin towers are too strong and make it difficult to control, with a slight -ve AV it will caused other buildings into under exposed.

Very nice composition here. Just looks a little washed out and underexposed but can certainly be fixed with a little PS :)

21 Jan 2011 - Jame'Asr Hassanil Bolkiah Mosque

The amazing Jame Hassanal Bolkiah Mosque is just outside the city center and is best visited in the morning between 8am and noon. This is a huge, richly decorated sea-blue Mosque/complex, that was built in 1992 for the silver jubilee of the sultan. Take some time to walk around the complex and well tended gardens, before you take the escalators to the inside, it is immense with beautiful golden domes and grand minarets. Shoes must be removed and cover arms and legs. (I couldn't get a better view during my visit due to a heavy rain, will re-visit again in future.)
