FF or super35 for the future?

Sony has announced at Cinegear Expo that henceforth their CineAlta range will be all FF.
Canon however is happy to build on their cine line with new super35 cameras.
Panasonic likewise continues to expand their Varicam range with the super35 EVA1.
Of course Sony isn't going to abandon their FS line-up just yet having released the 18-110mm cine zoom last year.
But foreseeably, Sony may concentrate more on FF cinezooms and prine lenses given their A7 and A9 cash cows will benefit from more FF selections.

unless Arri or RED go FF, I don't a legitimate FF takeover happening. Arri chose to skip FF and went straight to 65mm, but its still a novelty

Will not be a surprise, if Arri or RED makes their own announcements. haha.
