I want to express my disatisfaction with TK Foto service. I used to purchase quite a number of items from TK Foto. And recently I brought a friend along who's interested of purchasing a Fujifilm X10. Me and my friend was looking at the camera, waiting for the sales person who came to serve us. After about 15 minutes, there's this sales guy came. My friend was asking is she can have a look at the camera and test a few shot to check out the photo quality and guess what the sales person answer??!! He told us off by saying that "TK Foto only sell camera and doesn't provide testing. If we want to test, we better go to other place to test no here!"
This is very very rude comment from this salesman! Even if you wanted to buy a car, you also need to test first before purchasing it! Within minutes we walk out and instead we get from other camera shop which is cheaper with better service. It's going to my be last time stepping in this shop ever!!!
 

I experienced similar service from them before, I did get some good service from them but also bad ones. Their service in my opinion is like the weather, unpredictable.

They would treat you like invisible at times even when you approaching them they'll walk off. I stopped visiting their stores anymore.

Thank you for your feedback and we sincerely apologized for the crude conversation by our sales person.
We have already contacted you via PM for more information.
We are definitely not pleased with the response that you have gotten from the salesperson and your case will be a good reminder on the service standards consumers expects from our sales people.

One of the reasons for having a forum like this is get feedbacks about us, products that we sell or distribute.
We do not like to hide from issues like this and while it is true that we do not always have a demo sets for every particular cameras to test on (as these are sets that we need to sell them to customers while at least maintaining the condition and low shutter counts), it is not right nor acceptable to response to customers in such a way.

We have always maintain that we may not be the cheapest in resolute dollars terms but we have been frank with our dealings with customers while maintaining equal pricing for all. Our sales people are honest in that sense but with feedbacks from customers, they can definitely improve on other elements of their job.
