Faster way to digitize video

Is there any ways to digitize the video 2x, 3x or higher than the normal speed? If I have 2 hours worth of footage and I want to transfer all into pc, I gonna wait for 2 hrs.

Any software can digitize the footage at half of the time and retain the RAW quality?

Digitising your footage from tape depends on the speed your tape plays. However if you fast forward your tape, you also cannot digitise your footage faster.

I think dvcpro50 with SDI connection allows you to digitize at 2x the speed. Sometimes when i have 2 tapes to digitize, then i just digitize on 2 different systems. Then its 2 times the speed.

Canopus have a capture programme that lets you capture DV from 3 cams on 3 firewire ports simultaneously. I suppose that is 3x.
