I am always awed by snakes, especially poisonous snakes... and to see your shot apparently taken so near... Great shot... but forgive me that I will not say I 'like' it.

There are some snakes which you should never go near or risk provoking it... one good example is the spitting cobra.

I used to live in area near bukit brown... loads of cobras and pythons come visiting our home, especially during rainy season. The cobras don't have to bite you, they just spit at you and you have big issues already.

Do take care... no sense losing something for the sake of a shot. There will be another time for the shot.
