Testing out the Fanotech Travel Pole and FunnyGo combo at a live streaming session in Motorshow 2015. Looks like indoor aerial videography?

No post stabilization used. FunnyGo behaved quite well as long as battery is strong and rotations don't exceed limit. But battery life is sh+t
Good piece of videography gear.

Nicely pulled off ;p The birdseye POV does bring something different to the sequence. Bet you got a lot of questions about the setup.

Cool! What an innovative way. Haha!

Nice video, Rodney !

Can I know what software you used for the lens fare in 0:36 ?

and what software & effect you used for the "flash" transition in 0:39 ?

Thanks

Thanks Ryan! Fanotec Travel Pole is a 3m monopod that packs into 50cm travelling size

FunnyGo is a 3 axis gimbal stabiliser for GoPro.

Attach the stabiliser to the pole and you can fake some drone shots safely and quickly.
No plug-ins were used during video editing to generate the flares or flare transitions. They are all stock footage from Lens FX Fantasy and MLeaks (motionvfx.com) If you are using FCPX, you can play with the blend mode to create the different looks with the flare footages.
