hi all. shot this dragonfly shot some time ago...
would like to have some constructive comments on this picture..
how do u guys find it and what are the ways i can improve?

Sorry i am a noob but is that the flash which you point directly at the dragonfly which its eyes are reflecting?

The pose of the insect look boring. I would prefer the wings tilt upward.

The leaf is just obstructin the head a little bit. Try going from a slightly higher angle. Good try

yes, the reflections in the eyes is the flash

is the tip of the leaf distracting enough for a change of angle? i was trying to do a head-on shot. a change of angle might not give the same effect. i feel that the leaf is only blocking a bit of the mouth, but that is just my opinion. perhaps u can give ur view on that?

was just using the flash as fill-in flash... is the reflection too much of a distraction?
