Anyone remembers the Canon EOS Elan film DSLR with Eye-Controlled Focusing?
Seems like Sony is putting this feature in their new full frame E mount A7.

Can my current E-mount lenses which I used on my VG30 and Nex5 be used in the full frame body of A7 ?

Very likely yes judging from the VG900 implementation for full frame. The camera will shoot in APS-C mode when APS-C lenses are attached.
