Extract mp3 from vcd dat file

any freeware/ opensource that can do this? extracting the sound from vcd's dat file. i tried ufony, it works but it's shareware...

TMPENC can demux the video and audio streams into separate files, but the audio is mp1 not mp3 cos mp1 is the standard for VCD.

You could also try Super, but rename the file from .dat to .mpg first.
